    Here at 850 Fabrication, we do research and development for you, in cases where you are semi-local, or we can manufacture and consistently reproduce a product which has already been developed.  Manufacturing is a side of 850 Fabrication many people do not know about but we have teamed up with businesses in the past to manufacture their product to our standards and we love it!  You get the best of all worlds.  High quality manufacturing at a competitive rate with bulk ordering made in the USA with USA components.  Just how we like it!
    NDA's and contracts do not scare us.  We will always want to be under a contract or even a NDA for the protection of both parties so everyone knows their roles and expectations.  In this contract, I expect a mutually agreed upon quantity which is ordered in intervals (ie: quarterly, monthly....etc) for a certain amount of time (ie: 1 year, 2 years).  This means, whether your product sells out or not, you are agreeing to purchasing this product from 850Fab. 
    If you need welding certifications, we can pass whatever tests you need.  We have experience with the following:

• stainless steel (304, 316, and 321)
• titanium (grade 2 and grade 5)
• inconel (718 and 625)
• aluminum (5052 and 6061)
• chromoly steel and many other alloys.

All welding can be performed to aerospace specifications.
